A Successful Restauranteur

The founder of Elizabeth’s Pizza, Salvatore Looz, was born and raised in Naples, Italy before he eventually settled in New York. During his stay in the Big Apple, Sal opened several Italian restaurants. He and his family were the original owners of Elizabeth’s Pizza in Lexington as well.

Sal has established himself deeply within the community. He owns several restaurants in the Triad area, namely Times Square Pizza in Lexington and Winston-Salem, Mama Mia’s in Wallburg, and Elizabeth’s Pizza in High Point, NC. Sal, along with our managers and staff members, considers it a priority to maintain solid relationships with our customers and the rest of the community.

Sal takes pride in using quality ingredients, from the bread to our homemade sauces. He believes that what makes his restaurants stand out in the Triad is that the food is as close as you can get to the original.
